Positive Thinking

I believe that our thoughts are very powerful. Our thoughts create what we presently have and what will be in the future. My favourite quote is “Thoughts become things…choose the good ones” – by Mike Dooley. This is so true!

Once we become aware and start changing our thoughts then we can begin to change how our life unfolds. We don’t even realize how often we say or think negative words.

On my journey of healing my mind and body, I realized how my thoughts would create either a positive or negative effect on my life and health. When I started creating positive thought patterns, my physical health and mental outlook on life started improving. Life struggles became easier to handle and turned into important life lessons that I needed to learn in order to move forward continually becoming a better version of myself and ultimately to help others. Everything in my life started flowing in more positive ways. Everyone around me has noticed how much calmer and more at peace I am. When we think and talk positively, we create positive situations and raise our vibration or energy, which leads to peace and harmony in our life.

I truly believe that we don’t have to suffer. We are worthy of great relationships, jobs, happiness and abundance of every kind. The Universe/Source/God want this for us.

I want the world to know that we all have the power to change ourselves which ultimately changes everyone around us too, because we are all connected energetically. We are one with everything!
