Integrate Your Badass Goddess

Everything begins with ourself.  We can't expect others to love and respect us if we don't love and respect ourself first. In this workshop we will do some self-reflection from an 'Observers' view on learned behaviours, beliefs, while exploring core emotional childhood wounds, and uncover repeating patterns that keep you on the hamster wheel of life.  We don't need to relive the past in order to create a new more empowering life or relationships.  However, knowing what causes your current situation is very beneficial to breaking old patterns, creating healthy boundaries, and having a more fulfilling life where you no longer feel small, insignificant, or less than the beautiful Goddess you truly are.

It takes courage to go within but I will show you an easier way to do this so you stay out of judgment, and you learn how to silence the disempowering self-talk from your inner 'mean girl'.…
